How do I look after the product I've purchased?

Do not put it in the dishwasher or leave to soak in water. Instead, handwash with water & leave to dry (or towel dry). If you notice it looking dry/ less shiny treat with a food safe oil or beeswax salve. This should prevent anything warping or splitting!
Do you take custom orders?

Yes! Just fill out the form on the 'Contact' page outlining what you're after & I'll get back to you as speedily as I can.
Where does the wood come from?

All wood used to make utensils/objects that come into contact with food are made from carpentry offcuts. The same is true of most of the things I make but occasionally a vase or two is made from pine I've sourced from a neighbour's skip! When browsing the product page will detail the type of wood, where it has come from, and what has been used to treat it.
How do pre-orders for sold out products work?

Pre-orders for sold out products have a lead time of 2-3 weeks and will be made as similarly to the original item listed as possible. Owing to the handmade nature and natural properties of the wood they will not be identical to the original listing (but will be as close as possible!) When will my order be shipped?

In most cases it'll be shipped within 3 working days of placing the order.
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes! Although orders shipped outside of the UK will be subject to extra postage charges.
How does local delivery work?

If you live in Sheffield you can click local delivery & we can sort out a good place/time for pick-up or drop off! Once you've placed your order I'll send you an email or message & work out when will be best. (note: I do not have a car!)
